Magnificent Snow Man

My local Sam’s club was packed a few days ago as our city prepared for a major snow storm. Frustrated at lack of ice melt at other stores, I was delighted to spy a mountainous pile of 50 pound bags complete with an attendant directly in front of me. Despite hoards of people grabbing at this coveted item from every direction, the sales associate aka “magnificent snow man” was jolly as Santa hoisting bag after bag into frenzied shopper’s carts. Magnificent snow man not only asked me how many bags I needed, he jovially gave me a complete crash course in ice management after which he directed me to be careful and stay warm. Once I cleared the area, he motored on, treating everyone happily. During the time I was perusing the store alone, he must have lifted over 100 bags with a smile-now that’s magnificent.
