My Mangels Blog Launches

Welcome to the MyMan-gels blog site. Our purpose is to honor wonderful men who pop up in our days for a moment or a lifetime. There are lots of places where you could find postings about how odd guys are, but what about the ways that good men make things easier and more fun simply being who they are? The MyMan-gels blog is a piece of Project Man-gel which seeks to catch men doing things right and telling the world about it. Wouldn’t it brighten your day to talk about something positive for a change, particularly great men? Lots of time is given to differences between males and females, but does that really serve us? Is there any better time than now to begin a wave of balance and harmony between the sexes? Get inspired each day by posting/reading about magnificent men and learn about another Project Man-gel offering.
The book My Man-gels: The Men Who Erased the Myth is available as an e-book on the site. Each time you buy a book 25% of the profits go to Lydia’s House, a place for healing abused women and children. By reading about how incredible men changed the author’s life, you are also creating a ray of hope for families who desperately need support.

What a wonderful site, to applaud men for the good they do instead of what we might not like or understand. If everybody tries to really look at each other and at the feelings that might be behind the act(s), we might come to appreciate each other more.

I can’t wait to finish what I am reading and get a hold of “My Man Angels” for the holidays. The concept is wonderful. In a society that tends to male bash, this should be an uplifting departure from all the negativity surrounding men and their shortcomins. Praise to Ms. Wolter for putting a postitive spin on the subject of men. This would be a great gift book especially for young men to read as a self-esteem booster.
